Saint Capital has partnered with one of the largest home-builders in the country to bring one of the largest mixed-use developments to Richland County. Comprised of three phases, Saint Capital will develop 385 single home sites in Phase I. Phase II and Phase III shall consist of an additional development of single-family homes in addition to a commercial town center to provide community-based office and retail services to the community and surrounding area.
