As the VP of Acquisitions and Fund Manager for Saint Capital, Richard capitalizes on his combined years of experience and extensive knowledge by providing Saint Capital investors concise investment opportunities for future acquisitions and developments.

Richard brings 10 years of experience and immeasurable knowledge in commercial real estate which includes extensive work with investment properties. He is a brokerage professional with Cushman and Wakefield in Greenville where he successfully leads the capital markets team there. Richard has assisted both corporate and private funds to acquire and sell real estate throughout the Southeast.

Richard grew up in Greenville, SC and is a graduate of Clemson University where he earned his degree in Economics. His personal history and local knowledge are crucial to making informative decisions regarding the markets where Saint Capital is most active.

Bryan De Bruin

Bryan De Bruin

VP Development, General Counsel

As VP of Development and General Counsel for Saint Capital, Bryan utilizes his expertise to negotiate and structure the acquisition and development of future projects for Saint Capital while procuring the necessary entitlements for development.

Bryan utilizes his legal background in private practice representing clients in mergers and acquisitions, real estate entitlement and development, complex partnership structures, and commercial finance for Saint Capital’s acquisition and development projects. For the past eight years Bryan has represented companies ranging from international corporations to privately owned family businesses in the purchase and sale of both assets to include real property and companies. Providing solutions from entity reorganization, raising funds from debt, equity partnerships, and asset sales has allowed Bryan to provide actionable solutions to his client’s many objectives. Bryan’s background in M&A and real estate development allows him to utilize his ability to take a project from initial concept to funding, and eventual disposition.
